This time of year it seems like many clients are struggling with body image. No matter what your relationship with your body is like, the holidays and being around family can be tough! So, now seems like the perfect time to send along some support.

It isn’t realistic to avoid bad body image days completely, but there are ways to ease the distress they cause.

4. Write a letter to your body
You and your body have a relationship, and if there are some feelings you need to express, it’s great to get them on paper. Writing a letter to your body can help you process any thoughts or feelings you have about it. Being honest with yourself (and your body) about how you really feel brings you one step closer to healing.
